Self-inflating mattress packs to a small size and gives more comfort base than a foamed plastic mattress. When camping, you open the mattress and the valve. The mattress begin to fill up itself slowly. You can finish the filling with a couple of blows before closing the valve. In the morning you just open the valve and roll the mattress to a pack again!
