Thermarest Ridgerest Classic Large

A foolproof large sleeping pad. A perfect foam mattress that can be used to cushion a large area of the tent and quickly pop into the tent as a seat during breaks. If your body can handle sleeping on foam, this is it. It packs up into a large tube that I carry upright outside my backpack. I also have experience with the similar SOLite model, which has a shiny silver coating that has really quickly started to flake off and mess up other equipment and nature. There are no such vanities here, just uncoated foam in a universally beautiful dark gray shade. I recommend it.

Very light weight and comfortable. But EXTREMELY bulky

They are given as a gift, so for now there is no information whether it is good or not.

Wide, long, easy to roll and straighten, light. So quite good.

The children have been to a few summer scout camps, 7 nights in total. It's hard to say anything about the warmth, but the daughters were satisfied. Under your own back, at least better than those flimsy foam pads. Large is, of course, more comfortable to sleep in than regular size, but it is also wide in the chest when fastened crosswise. It's worth keeping in mind when passing through the trees. Fat is a bum too. There are unpleasant-looking dents from loose straps on the bag, but it doesn't hinder use.
