Quilts are taking over, and it makes sense: in a sleeping bag, your weight flattens the insulation under your body, rendering it useless. A quilt removes this useless layer, saving weight.
The Vesper iss insulated with top quality fill power 900 Nikwax Hydrophobic Down™. Thanks to the hydrophobic treatment, this material is much less prone to losing its insulation if it becomes damp.
