The hip belt for the XS/S size adjusts between 61-76 cm, and the back length adjusts between 32.7-45.5 cm.
The hip belt for the M/L size adjusts between 76-91 cm, and the back length adjusts between 38-50 cm.
Back length is measured by finding the height of the iliac crest on the hip and measuring along the back to the most prominent cervical vertebra at the base of the neck.
