The North Face Women's Sheltered Creek 2,5 Shell Pant

The DryVent material used in these pants by The North Face provides full protection against the elements while remaining breathable.

Thanks to the 2.5-layer construction, the Sheltered Creek pants pack down to a small size and are exceptionally lightweight, both when worn and when carried in a backpack. 2.5-layer pants are designed to be worn with long underwear or tights, but in the middle of summer, they can also be quickly pulled over shorts as a rain shell.

For heavy-duty use in dense undergrowth, we recommend more robust pants, as the Sheltered Creek pants are high-performing but have a thin outer fabric to reduce weight.
