Base kick wax for below freezing conditions and high-wearing snow. -1 ... -22ºC.
Apply the base wax to the roughened grip zone of the cleaned ski using a waxing iron at 110ºC. Finish by corking it. After that, add the actual weather-specific wax.
Tip: It’s easier to apply a thin layer of wax if the wax is cold – keep the container outside in the cold, or even in the refrigerator before starting the waxing process.
