The Xodus Ultra 4 shoes haven’t had their weight reduced at the expense of their structure - this model is a relatively sturdy and durable choice. The midsole performs best at a moderate pace, suitable for ultra-distance performances and basic endurance training, and offers cushion for long exercises and hikes. The level of cushioning has been elevated from version number three.
The Xodus Ultra 4 is also a great choice for lightweight hiking, in terrain that rewards low weight and doesn’t require a lot of support.
The midsole has a light rock plate to offer a bit of protection from sharp terrain features.
