Salomon Women's Alphacross 5 GTX

The Gore-Tex membrane used in the Alphacross 5 GTX protects your feet from splashes from undergrowth and puddles. The substantial drop, or the height difference between the heel and forefoot, provides even beginner runners with the ability to direct more power forward rather than upward.

The cushioning is right in the middle of Salomon’s scale: a good balance between a responsive feel and softness.

The Alphacross is best at home in hiking and on walks, but can also be used for trail running.
