The structure of the Tallustelu shoes is true barefoot-style: the sole is very thin and flexible, the heel is at the same height as the forefoot, and there is virtually no cushioning. Additionally, the last is wide enough to allow the foot to spread naturally—an essential part of the body’s own shock absorption.

Exercise in barefoot shoes should be started gradually—muscles and tendons are engaged in a new way when the shoe doesn’t support, guide, or cushion impacts. As your body recovers, it will slowly adapt to the challenge.
The shoes are free from PVC and PFC compounds.
