Ankle-high barefoot shoes for kids.
Barefoot shoes strengthen the feet and let the body move naturally: they offer no support or cushioning, and the sole is the same thickness at the heel as it is at the ball of the foot.
The Reima Loikkii shoes for kids are an ankle-high option. The ankle height helps keep sand and pine needles out, as well as keeping chilling winds off the skin.
The handy quick-lacing system makes them easy to use, even if tying knots isn’t quite mastered yet.
The shoes come with “Happy Fit” insoles, which help you judge the right size even when your child can’t comment on the fit themselves: the toe area has a clear line that the toes shouldn’t reach past.
