The pants seem excellent. I ordered size 10, I usually wear size S or M. The waist is snug and goes up comfortably. As a long-legged person, the legs are for once long enough for the small size and can be adjusted as needed with the tightening straps on the legs. Both-way zippers on the legs and wide leg openings make these pants convenient for both hiking and the slopes! I haven't been able to test it in the rain yet, but I hope that when spring comes, these will work even when cycling to work in the rain.
