You will be in trouble with your lungs if you go directly on a cold trip with this, which is special, because this is intended for cold climates. A good basic sleeping pad. The mattress filled up a bit slowly and the filling had to be helped a little by blowing. The mattress was thick enough when sleeping on a flat surface. The width is a big plus. Quick to empty and pack.
