Lundhags Women's Makke Pro Jacket

Lundhags is known for its products being carefully designed down to the last bit of detail. The Pro jacket from the Makke product series is a great example of this. It works in hiking, Nordic skating and ski tours. Unlike the base Makke Jacket, this product emphasizes use in cool and cold conditions.

The main material of the jacket is Lundhags Polyester Cotton Wax fabric, a cotton-polyester blend that has been waxed. The fabric provides moderate protection from the wind, breathes well and dries very quickly if necessary.

The outer layer on the shoulders, hood and upper back is a three-layer shell material that provides protection from the rain and is also completely windproof. This material has a hydrostatic head of 20 000 mm and a breathability value of 16 000 g/m².

The wax treatment on the cotton polyester fabric wears off with use and washing. You can renew it at home using Greenland Wax. If you so wish, you can also use the product without wax, which offers an airier feel and less wind protection.
