The appearance of Kupilka products is created by industrial designer Heikki Koivurova, whose style combines an earthy attitude with beautiful yet practical design.
In the Kalevala, the bear plays a major role and is mentioned in the epic more often than any other animal. The poems tell of the bear’s heavenly origin, revenge, and hunting rituals, but also of respect for nature.
