As is typical for Keen, the toe box of the KNX shoes is—let’s say—shaped like a foot, not like a shoe: in many shoes, the toe area narrows unnaturally. Keen’s fit is relatively wide, and there is plenty of space for the toes.
The sole structure is very flexible. While these are not barefoot shoes, they share some similarities—your feet definitely won’t get lazy walking with such a pliable sole.

The leather used in this product comes from an LWG-certified tannery. LWG monitors aspects such as water usage and chemical load in leather production.
These shoes use a rare technique where materials are fused together by heat instead of glue. Since adhesives significantly contribute to the chemical load in footwear manufacturing, avoiding glue is an eco-friendly choice.
