Lightweight and packs down into a small space when not in use. Seems to be made of durable material. The bottle opening could of course be a little bigger, but that would add weight so I choose a smaller bottle opening.

A filtering bottle.
The Katadyn BeFree is a super light solution to water filtering needs on the go. Using the BeFree is easy: fill the soft, collapsible bottle with water and put the top on. As you now drink through the sports top of the bottle, you’ll receive refreshing, filtered water.
- Replaceable filter element
- Volume 0.6 liters
- Filter system: EZ-Clean Membrane
- Filters 99.9% of protozoa
- Filters 99.9999% of bacteria
- Filter life: up to 1000 liters (depends on water quality)
- Bottle: Hydrapak SoftFlask
Don’t allow your filter to freeze. Water expands as it freezes and may break the filter element.
Note! A water filter or purifier tablets cannot remove the toxins created by algae bloom, and therefore do not make water containing said toxins safe to drink.
