NLS - New Level of Sustainability. The wool of this sweater is undyed, showcasing the natural color of the sheep’s wool. A proper wool sweater is a long-time favorite for cool weather wear and as part of layering.
The wool in the NLS Sap Full Zip shirt is boiled. Boiled wool differs from felted wool: in the production of a boiled wool garment, a regular knit is made first, and then it undergoes heat treatment. The end result is denser than what can be achieved through knitting alone, but not stiff like felted material.
