Icebug Women's Myr Bugrip

This model is also beginner-friendly: its supportive structure provides more stability than race shoes, and the 8 mm drop (the difference in height between heel and forefoot) suits heel or midfoot strikers. It also helps less experienced runners direct their energy forward.

The trusted BUGrip sole from Icebug features dynamic studs. On hard surfaces like stone, the studs compress slightly into the sole, allowing the rubber compound to maintain grip as well.

Icebug uses a significant amount of recycled and responsibly sourced materials: each pair of Byr shoes contains 18% recycled and 6% bio-based materials. The CO₂ footprint of one pair is 10 kg. The outsole includes 23% renewable natural rubber.

Note: Studded shoes are the best choice for ice and packed snow, but even they may not grip in all conditions. The studs can damage many types of indoor flooring – use caution when walking indoors.
