US Sizing. Hoka fans notice: the size chart has been updated for 2025. If choosing size based on US sizing, things are as they were last year. Euro and UK sizes, again, are now different than before.

The cushioning of the Clifton shoe is moderate by Hoka’s standards, but compared to other shoe manufacturers, Hokas are always exceptionally well-cushioned. It is a very popular choice for logging miles on easy endurance runs and brisk walks.

Compared to the Clifton 9 model, this tenth version offers more toe room and a more comfortable upper fabric. The drop has increased from 5 to 8 millimeters, making it easier for less active runners to direct their energy forward. The overall sole thickness has also been increased. The Active Foot Frame structure at the rear offers a new level of support.
