The Arahi 9 is a great shoe for base endurance runs and also for walking.
Compared to version 8, the Arahi 9 offers a bit more support and guidance, and has a more breathable upper.
The midsole support is now shaped like the letter H, instead of the previous “J-Frame” design. As a result, the Arahi is now better suited for runners with a neutral gait as well.
