There is nothing wrong with the shoes as far as quality and the ordering process. However, on my feet the shoes were one size bigger. The soft material did not help it either. So, I would recommend that people order a size smaller. All my shoes are size 45 normally. With these shoes 44 would have been plenty. I gave them away, because I didn't want to go through the return process. Again, ordering and delivery was absolutely problem free.
