These boots are a good choice for day hikes and weekend trips in variable conditions, snow included: the Vibram Icetrek outsole stays soft and grippy even in freezing temperatures.
Haglöfs classes this boot as both hiking and “lifestyle” footwear, and it works well as an everyday shoe, too.
