This Spring 2025 Pro version features a new LiteAir back panel, which helps create the perfect combination of carrying comfort and low overall weight, even though it has a 23-liter capacity.

Deuter now provides load recommendations for its backpacks. For this pack, it is 6 to 10 kg.

The Speed Lite Pro is most at home even on slightly faster-paced day hikes, combining the carrying features of a traditional hiking backpack with the handy pockets familiar from running vests. It also works well for uses such as bikepacking.
