A comfortably light and sturdy boot even for long runs, although the shafts could be a couple of inches shorter. This men's model fits better on a woman with a bit more bust, the women's last is narrower. My size is enough if you don't want a thicker sock in between. For colder weather, I would order a size larger. I have tried and tested many boots, this is the best!
