A renewed favourite! A 55 liter backpack with birchwood frame. Smaller frame size for shorter users.
Fjällräven’s most popular backpack gets a big update: men’s and women’s models are replaced with having two frame sizes for the same volume. The side pockets are much more convenient than before. Hip belt adjustments have been fine-tuned for better performance. The number of compartments and pockets now total a whopping 10.
This renewed Kajka 55 is 240 grams lighter than its predecessor.
The three first main images display the colour you’ll move to the shopping cart. Other images may display other colours.
What’s familiar is carrying comfort and unique materials: originally presented in the legendary Kånken bag, the fabric is durable and stylish Vinylon, and the frame bars are made of real birch. The mouth is also still of the traditional cinch cord type, complete with snow gaiter.
The recommended back length for this S/M size is 41 - 58 cm and its hip belt can be tightened to a shorter length than that of the M/L. Measure the distance between the height of the top of your iliac crest and the most protruding neck vertebra.
- ‘Perfect fit adjustment system’ offers good adjustments for back length and all straps, including adjustments for different shoulder widths
