Fischer Country Crown 60

The fish-scale base has long been a favorite for many — it requires less attention than waxable grip zones and works well enough in a wide range of conditions.

The Fischer Country Crown 60 skis belong to the manufacturer’s “Off Track” series: intended for use where machine-made groomed tracks are not available, but not for deep, untouched powder either. The surface area and flotation fall between standard track skis and traditional forest skis.

Bindings not included.

• Vario Crown extruded base with fish-scale pattern in the grip zone
• Sintered material in the glide zones that absorbs glide wax well
• Sidecut: 60 / 52 / 57 mm

Unlike skis made for groomed tracks, the choice of ski camber (stiffness) is not as precise of a science, meaning you can simply choose the ski length based on your weight according to this chart:

• 185 cm = 50 - 59 kg
• 190 cm = 55 - 64 kg
• 195 cm = 60 - 74 kg
• 200 cm = 65 - 84 kg
• 205 cm = 70 - 89 kg
