Normally I sleep pretty poorly when camping, but with this pillow both the amount and quality of my sleep improved considerably. The cover is really comfortable and easy to wash (by hand). The inner part, though, is quite noisy when sleeping — it woke me up even with earplugs in. You can also use the cover with some other filling (e.g. a lightweight down jacket), which makes it quieter.
