Care Plus DeET 40% offers an average protection time of 8 hours regarding mosquitoes and 4 hours regarding ticks. For some aggressive tropical ticks the protection period may be shorter.

- Use a maximum of once per 24 hours
- Do not spray on the face
- Not to be used directly on the skin of people younger than 13 years
- Not recommended for sensitive groups such as pregnant or breast feeding women
- N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide (DEET) 38.8% and ethanol 60%
