Arc'teryx Women's Beta Jacket

The women’s Arc’teryx’s Beta jacket is the most versatile shell in the manufacturer’s lineup. It feels right at home on a variety of trails, in fell and mountain terrain, and in the active use of dedicated outdoor enthusiasts for whom light weight and comfort are just as important as weather protection. Thanks to pit zips and adjustable cuffs, the jacket’s ventilation is easy to fine-tune.

Compared to the Arc’teryx Beta SL jacket, this model boasts a more durable surface fabric, and a regular fit instead of a slim fit.

In this model, the inner surface of the new PTFE-free Gore-Tex ePE membrane features a comfortable C-Knit backer. We’ve come a long way from the plasticky feel of old three-layer shells! In a hurry, the Beta can be thrown on over a T-shirt, but the material works best with a technical or merino wool base layer.

You can keep your shell jacket in top condition by using high-quality detergents and reproofing agents. We recommend Grangers Wash Concentrate and Repel Plus for the job!
