The Scrambler Mid shoes feature a mid-height shaft to keep debris out - you won’t find any ankle support, significant shock absorption, or stiffness in these shoes no matter how hard you try. Like other Xero footwear, the Scrambler allows your feet to function naturally.
As with many other Xero shoes, appearances can be deceiving - based on appearance, one might easily assume these are ordinary, supportive shoes, but in reality, the only shared characteristic with hiking shoes is excellent grip.
