Women's Cycling Apparel
You can get by with basic gear, but sport-specific clothing makes exercising more enjoyable. Cycling shorts, bibs and underpants layers come with padding that either has no seams or has seams placed in optimized positions. Clothes designed for commuting and touring are made for a relatively upright riding posture, whereas road cycling clothes are tailored for a more aggressive position: cycling jackets made for road use have shorter front panels, longer back panels, and pockets relocated to the back. Urban cycling clothes have a more relaxed fit, while road-specific garments don’t flap unnecessarily.
