The Motus Flex Natural is the right choice for bodyweight training, “primal movement” training (crawling, walking, squatting, running, jumping, climbing, carrying and reaching), and why not also for use as casual sportswear. The sole of the shoe contains natural rubber and the breathable upper fabric contains Tencel, made of wood fiber.
