Trangia – A Reliable Hiking Stove for All Adventures

For over 100 years, Trangia has been the trusted stove of hikers, trekkers, and outdoor enthusiasts. In 2021, the factory shipped more than half a million Trangia stoves worldwide – the legend lives on and is thriving!

Trangia – A durable and efficient stove for all kinds of conditions

Trangia is known for its durability, simplicity, and reliability. Its original spirit burner “storm stove” remains one of the most efficient solutions on the market. The sturdy, wind-protected structure, nested components, and wide range of accessories make Trangia a favorite for many.

Choose the right Trangia stove for your needs

Trangia 25 Series

A classic and spacious stove set recommended by the manufacturer for 3–4 people.

Trangia 27 Series

A more compact and lightweight version, perfect for solo hikers or trips with two people.

Special models

There are also more minimalist options. The small T28, or Mini-Trangia, is the choice for solo adventurers. The Triangle allows the burner to be used on a minimalist base, with many pots and pans.

Both main series include various equipment levels: if the 25 or 27 model number ends with a 1, it is a basic set with two pots and a frying pan. In model 3, the frying pan is nonstick, and so on.

Materials of the pots and pans

The abbreviation UL refers to ultralight, uncoated aluminum. NS means nonstick, i.e., an easy-to-clean, nonstick coating. HA is hard-anodized aluminum, which does not leach aluminum even into acidic foods. DS is Duossal, where the inside of the pot or pan is stainless steel – this option withstands high temperatures and metal utensils.

Expand your Trangia with versatile burners

Trangia is not just a spirit stove – it can also be equipped with other burner types:

Gas burner – an efficient, easily adjustable, and clean option.
Multifuel burner – an excellent choice for winter trekking and extreme conditions.
Spirit burner – super reliable, quiet, and simple to use, with limited flame control.
Gel burner – the simplest option, without flame adjustment.
