The recipe for Caribou boots is traditional: the lower part, which has the most contact with water and slush, is guaranteed waterproof rubber, while the shaft is made from a different material – in this Felt model, neat felt. The construction also includes a waterproof layer in the shaft. Inside are detachable 9 mm thick wool felt liners. They can easily be taken out at the end of a long day to air out and dry.

As a relatively heavy and spacious boot, the Caribou is a good choice for situations where you don’t need to walk long distances but require strong insulation in proper freezing conditions, including when standing or sitting still.
