The Tykky shoes are made on Pomar’s “J-last.” This last is the second largest of the five women’s lasts and is designed for very wide feet, or situations where there is foot swelling, tenderness, and/or when using custom orthotics.
Pomar’s winter Grip soles combine two materials: the edge of the sole has more a durable rubber compound, while the middle utilizes extra grippy, soft rubber.

The fit of the shoes can be fine-tuned with laces, and for everyday use, they can be conveniently put on and taken off using the zipper.
