A new badge introduced in the 2003 Puppy Skill Badge Renewal, which is intended primarily for wolf puppies from the Marine Patrol Squadrons to deepen their knowledge and skills about boating. Instructions for performance can be found in the new “Puppy Skill Badges” booklet, which is sold by SP’s Supplies Brokerage and Scout District Offices.
