I gave this book to the scout leader as a graduation gift. He was delighted with the gift. Now it's time to read and you can use the book in scouting.

B-P instructions for scout leaders
** Aids to Scoutmastership .
Time has gnawed at some of B-P’s (Lord Robert Baden-Powellm founder of the Scout movement) message, but his central thoughts are still the foundation on which today’s scouting rests.
The original book “Aids to Scoutmastership - a Guidebook for Scoutmasters on the Theory of Scout Training” was published more than 100 years ago in 1919.
The illustration in the book is made by B-P himself.
