You have 100 days to return your item!

We hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy first. To exchange a product, please complete the return and then place a new order. 

Returns Policy

You have a 100-day return period from the purchase date. Items must be unused and in good condition, and all original tags, packaging, and any components must be tidy. If an item is returned dirty or in an otherwise unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct cleaning costs from the refund, up to 15% of the product price or a maximum of €50.

If an item cannot be easily cleaned or has animal hair, it is no longer fit for resale, and we will be unable to process a refund for that item.

Custom orders (such as equipped skis, engraved products, hygiene products, or specialty items) are non-returnable. Note: Pre-assembled products, such as custom ski or skate sets, are permanently adapted to your needs and are therefore non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Please note: The 100-day returns policy applies only to our online store and does not extend to our physical shops in Finland.

How Will My Refund Be Processed?

Return processing takes approximately 7–14 days from the arrival of the package at our warehouse, with returns handled in the order they are received. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method selected for the original purchase. For card purchases, refunds are processed through Klarna, our payment service provider. If you paid via a Klarna invoice, the payment reservation will be cancelled upon return. For partial returns, we recommend notifying Klarna customer service and requesting that the invoice be temporarily paused. Klarna will send a revised invoice by email after the return is processed.

In most cases, Klarna attempts to process refunds automatically. However, some banks may prevent automatic refunds for security reasons. If this occurs, Klarna will email you with instructions to complete a secure refund form on their website. By following these steps, the refund will be credited to your bank or credit card account.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once we receive the package. 

International Returns

We offer a convenient return option for all EU countries, with specific policies for Sweden and other EU countries.

  • Sweden: We include a return label with the package. Returns are free for purchases over 150 euros. For purchases under 150 euros, a return fee of 5.90 euros will be deducted from your refund.
  • Other EU Countries: We offer an easy return option via UPS for all EU countries. A 10 euro return fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs from outside EU. 
 

Return Instructions for EU countries:

1. Start the return process online. If you ordered as a registered customer, log in to your account to initiate the return. For guest orders, please start your return here.

2. After you initiate the return on our website, you will receive a UPS return label via email. This email will include an EAN code that you’ll need to present at the UPS location. Alternatively, you can click the "Return Label" button on during the return registeration, which will redirect you to the UPS page. From there, you can send the EAN code to your mobile phone or email.

3. Prepare the item for return. Carefully pack the item you’re returning. Avoid attaching any labels or writing directly on the product packaging or shoebox. Please ensure the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit. Include return details. Use the return instructions sheet included in your original package. 

4. Drop off the package at the nearest UPS collection point. You only need to show the EAN code at the location - no need to print the return label yourself. UPS will handle the rest and deliver the package to our warehouse.



Return Instructions for Rest of the World:

1. Start the return process online. If you ordered as a registered customer, log in to your account to initiate the return. For guest orders, please start your return here.

2. Prepare the item for return. Carefully pack the item you’re returning. Avoid attaching any labels or writing directly on the product packaging or shoebox. Please ensure the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

3. Include return details. Use the return instructions sheet included in your original package. Cut off the bottom section and note your name and order number, then place it in the return package. If you no longer have the sheet, simply write your name and order number on a separate piece of paper.

5. Add sender information on the parcel. Include your name and order number visibly on top of the parcel. This information is necessary for customs clearance back to Finland. Without the sender's details, we cannot process the package.

6. Drop off the package at your preferred postal location, pay for the shipping, and keep your return receipt until we’ve processed your return. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns from outside of Finland unless noted otherwise.)

Exchange Policy

The quickest and easiest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return the originally ordered item according to our standard returns process. By placing a new order, you ensure that the size or color you want is reserved for you, without waiting for us to process your return.

Steps to exchange an item:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item.
  2. In the “special requests” field of the new order, mention that this is an exchange and include your previous order number. This helps us process your order as an exchange.
  3. Return the previously ordered item following our standard return instructions.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order and you have ordered as a registered customer, you can do so by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. If you are a guest customer, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Domestic Returns in Finland

We offer free returns within Finland. You can also bring your return to any of our store locations.

Return Instructions:

4. Attach the pre-paid return label. Securely place the pre-paid Matkahuolto return label on the package. If you have lost the label, address the return to:
