Complaints and Warranty

If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product purchased from us, or if it malfunctions or does not perform as expected during normal use, you can file a complaint about the product. Please contact us as soon as you notice the defect.

In addition to the Consumer Protection Act, some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please remember that warranty or complaint rights do not apply to products that have reached the end of their normal lifespan: the manufacturer or importer may determine, upon inspection of the product, that its normal usage period has expired.

How to File a Complaint

1. Fill out the complaint form. You can also file a complaint about the product from your own club account.

2. We will contact you via email as soon as possible. Please check your spam folder, as messages may sometimes end up there incorrectly.

Progress of Your Complaint

Please note that the product being complained about must be washed or cleaned before being sent to us. Our goal is to handle complaints as quickly as possible. We will seek the manufacturer's or importer's opinion on the complaint, as many manufacturers wish to evaluate and possibly repair the product themselves. The time it takes to process a complaint varies depending on the nature of the defect and the product involved. Sometimes processing times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as when a defective product is sent to the manufacturer for evaluation or repair.

If your complaint is approved, our primary obligation under the law is to repair the defective product. If that is not possible, you may receive a replacement product or a refund.
