This high-energy sports drink works for fueling before, during, and after performance. Mix 54 grams = 3/4 dl = approx. 5 tbsp of powder with the desired amount of water. For a concentrated drink, use 250 ml of water, for a diluted one, use a full liter – find the ratio that suits your stomach and purpose by testing.
