Great cushion and some support for an over-pronating stride. Women's model.
In the Vongo V6, the height difference between the heel and the forefoot has been adjusted to be more moderate than its predecessor: a 6 mm drop still helps even inexperienced runners direct their energy forward. This shoe is also pretty nice for a heel-striking gait. A good choice for both mildly pronating and neutral striding.
The Vongo 6 is great not only for base endurance running, but also brisk long walks.
For those familiar with New Balance: this sixth version has much milder support than previous versions, bringing the Vongo closer to the current trend. This is also a good choice if you like the 1080 but need a bit of extra support.
