In the Vongo V6, the height difference between the heel and the forefoot has been adjusted to be more moderate than its predecessor: a 6 mm drop still helps even inexperienced runners direct their energy forward. This shoe is excellent for heel-striking gait. A good choice for both mildly pronating and neutral striding: the shoe offers gentle support for over pronating feet, without interfering with a neutral foot.
