Leader – tasty and nutritious trail food from Finland
Leader is a Finnish food company founded in 2001. All Leader products are made in Finland. The bars, chocolates and ready-to-drink beverages are produced at the Toholampi facility. Everything else is made at the Vantaa factory.

Leader’s current range is a world away from what it was in the early days. Today’s meals put a strong focus on flavour alongside nutrition and healthiness. Leader has stopped using palm oil and soy altogether.
Ingredients
Leader aims to buy all its ingredients directly from producers. Some come from Finland, but red rice and green tea, for example, don’t grow in Europe, so Leader sources these from trusted suppliers in Asia.

Leader’s freeze-dried meals store well and barely deteriorate even past their best-before date. Leader food pouches are a great choice for outings, hikes, paddling trips, bikepacking adventures and as an emergency food supply at home.
