This service is only available in Finland.

Have the broken or worn-out zipper on your Gore-Tex/laminate garment and add years to its lifespan! The price includes the zipper. The replacement is done in Finland by a seamstress specialized in Gore-Tex. Please note: the seamstress will choose a zipper that most closely matches the color of the garment. If no such color is available, a black zipper will be used.

This repair service covers replacing the main front zipper of a jacket, or the full-length side zipper of pants. For ankle zippers there is a separate repair service, which is cheaper due to the smaller amount of work.

Here’s how it works:

• Add this service to your shopping cart and pay at checkout.
• Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a return number from Posti (Finnish postal service) by email.
• Pack your product, include a note with your name inside the package, and write the return number you received on the outside of the package.
• Take the package to your nearest Posti pickup point.
• About seven working days after sending the package, you will receive a pickup notification and can collect your repaired/serviced product from the Posti pickup point.
