This service is only available in Finland.
A broken pocket zipper rarely makes a garment unusable, but it sure is annoying. Why not replace the pocket zipper so your small valuables stay safely in place! The price includes the zipper. Choose this service when the garment material is Gore-Tex or another laminated fabric. The zipper will be replaced in Finland by a seamstress specialized in Gore-Tex. Please note: the seamstress will choose a zipper that most closely matches the garment’s color. If no suitable color is available, a black zipper will be used.
How it works:
- Add this service to your shopping cart and pay at checkout.
- Within 1–2 days you will receive a shipping bag delivered to your home.
- Pack the product in the bag and take it to your nearest post office service point. Postage is prepaid.
- Within about 2 weeks you’ll receive a pickup notice, and you can collect your repaired/serviced product from the post office pickup point.
Please note: When purchasing this repair service, you can only buy one service (product) at a time. Unfortunately, you cannot combine this with other online store purchases. If you wish to order additional items, please place a separate order.
