The Jasper offers complete weather protection. In addition it boasts System Zips, enabling use of a separately available fleece jacket as a liner. As the name suggests, the Jasper 2L is a two-layer jacket: the surface fabric has a weatherproof but breathable laminate/coating, and there’s a thin, separate liner fabric on the inside
The hem is nice and long for a hiking jacket. It offers good protection and also works well with a backpack’s hip belt.
