**Did you receive a reward code? Redeem it as follows:**
Select the product you want, then enter the redemption code in the field below the product image. Click the “Redeem” button, which will take you to the contact information page, fill in your details. Finally, confirm your order by clicking “Order product.” You will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point in a few days.
The product will come with return instructions if the item is the wrong size or if you want to exchange it. In the additional information field of the return form, please include the name of your organization. Once we receive the returned product, our customer service will contact you, and you will receive a new redemption code to choose a new product. Please note that the selection may change based on demand and seasons.
