Performance for trail running and hiking! Two white lights and a safety whistle.
The updated version of a popular high-performance headlamp. A great choice for trail running, hiking, and work use. With a helmet mount, it also works as a helmet light for mountain biking, for example. If the included 18650 battery doesn’t cover the needs of your entire trip, the lamp can be charged via the USB-C port, or you can replace the battery with two separately purchased CR123A batteries. The latter are particularly well-suited for freezing conditions. Buying an extra 18650 battery is also a good choice for many.
Compared to the first version, this model has more power, and removing and attaching the lamp to the headband is easier – a handy feature if you also use the lamp with the optional helmet mount. In addition, the headband is now wider and has a precise rotary adjustment knob. The band also integrates a safety whistle, which is mandatory in many trail running events.
As a bonus, this model also has two different shades of white light: a warmer white (max. 800 lumens) that reproduces colors more naturally and a cooler white (max. 1600 lumens) that reaches further in good conditions. The color temperatures are 3000K and 6500K. The warm light reproduces the environment’s colors more naturally and works better in fog, for example – it also reduces eye strain.
Use is simple: both LED elements have a dedicated operating button, and you can browse through power settings by short presses, while a long press works as the on/off switch.
