Delivery time
The delivery time consists of two parts: the dispatch time from our warehouse and the transport time. Most orders are packed for shipment within 1-2 business days of ordering, except for the items that say "Dispatch time 5-10 or 10-14 days". The transport time depends on the chosen delivery option and the customer's location. Typical transport time is 5-14 business days.
What does dispatch time mean?
Dispatch time is the time it takes to get the order ready for delivery to the customer. Our typical dispatch time is 1 to 2 business days. Transportation time is added on top of the shipping time, its length is dependent on the delivery company and the location of the customer. A typical transportation time is 5-14 business days.

We offer free shipping for all EU orders over 200 € delivered with GLS. Please see detailed information about delivery fees here.
Delivery notification
You will receive a delivery notification from the shipping company via SMS or email once your package is ready to be picked up. The shipping company will contact you prior to delivery if you chose home delivery.
Store pickup
Do you want to order online and pick up at the store? This is possible in all our stores. You can select Store Pick-up as a delivery option when you order. Would you rather try Express Pickup? Read more here.
Express pickup
Express pick-up of an online order from the store is possible if the item is available at the store you’d like pick it up from. The item card contains information on express pick-up and eligible stores. If the item card does not mention express pick-up, then it is not possible for that item. If express pick-up is possible, you can order the item from the online store and pick up the order from the selected store on the same day. Orders placed by 09:00 on weekdays can be picked up after 11:00. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays can be picked up after 4pm.
Order tracking
You will receive an automatic email with the order tracking ID once your order has been processed in our warehouse and is ready for shipment. The tracking ID allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
Simultaneous item delivery
If your order has multiple items and they all have different delivery times (you can see the delivery times on the item card, in the order summary and in the order confirmation email) we will deliver the whole order simultaneously, according to the slowest delivery time.
Information about RePack
RePack shipment is a paid service (€ 3.50) where the item you order is packed in a RePack bag, which the customer can return (free of charge) after receiving the item. This generates less packaging waste. Read more about RePack here and here.
