Warranty and claims

If your product had a defect or it does not withstand normal intended use as expected, you can make a complaint about the product. In addition to the Consumer Protection Act, products sometimes have their own warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Please note that the warranty or right of claim does not apply to end-of-life products: the seller, manufacturer or importer may examine the product to determine that it has reached the end of its normal life.

 

In matters related to warranty, fill in this Complaint form first. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

 

If we require the product to be sent back for inspection, please note that the product must be washed/cleaned before it arrives at us.

 

When your case has been processed, you will receive an email from us whether the complaint has been approved or rejected. If your complaint is accepted, according to Finnish law our primary obligation is to fix/repair the product. If this is not possible, the customer may have an opportunity to receive a new product or get a full or partial refund.

 

 

Complaints can be tricky to solve, so do not expect us to solve your case instantly. Sometimes we need to contact importers and even send items for them to investigate.
